Spring inevitably means the reopening of terraces. Is it always a time you look forward to?

Christophe Periquet, vice-president of the Umih of Moselle and manager of the Irish Pub bar in Metz: "Obviously, we're often coming out of a harsh winter in Moselle. We're moving into a period from March ^1st to November 15th where we're going to see people outside. With this reopening, customers are taking more time and enjoying themselves on the terrace. This is a boost for the rest of the season."

From one year to the next, does this require preparation or is it a "let's take the same old things and start again" dynamic?
